Started off with a scanned in version of the hat using POLYCAM
Model then cleaned up using Blender in-house tools
There was a problem with the hats falling too rhythmically so I adjusted some setting the the ‘Force Field’ parameters to make them feel more realistic and random with how they fell

The brief was to make something more on the Lo-Fi end of production so I chose a plane grey background which usually reflects the default colour of scenes in Blender
Then came to importing the model and setting a flat plane object as the particle emitter
